Business Financial Analysis and Evaluation
We have
helped small businesses enhance their profitability
for nearly a quarter century. One of the tools we use is our ProfitCents Report or comparative financial evaluation and industry
benchmarking report. This software tool converts financial
statement data into easy-to-understand narrative text reports. In
fact, the software we use is built on artificial intelligence
technology that can develop more than 6 trillion unique, analytical
reports.
Our report is
specifically targeted for small-business owners and managers who may
not have a background in finance. Each section of our report
(Liquidity, Profits & Profit Margin, etc.) contains a numerical
score, which is a measure of overall performance in the area. Each
grade represents a score from 1 to 100, with 1 being the lowest
score and 100 being the highest. The scores are derived by
evaluating the company's trends, either positive or negative, over
time and by comparing the company to industry averages for different
metrics.
This is a valuable
tool in the process of evaluating the financial strengths and
weaknesses of your small business.
After all, you can’t manage what you
can’t measure!
Simple 3-Step Process
First, we ask you
to complete a brief financial questionnaire about your business. You
will provide information about your industry, your product(s), and
the current state of your business.
Next, we analyze
your responses and generate your ProfitCents report. The report
provides a detailed financial analysis that is logical and reliable,
showing where your company currently stands in comparison to
industry norms and making recommendations for improving
profitability.
Finally, we will
be available to meet with you to discuss our report and
recommendations. We will explain the results to you and answer any
questions you may have.
Our fee for this
service is $350.00, and includes a printed report and a one hour face-to-face
results analysis or $250.00 for the report alone. To request your ProfitCents Financial Analysis
begin by completing our ProfitCents Questionnaire.
